It brings leads, conversations, business knowledge, follow-ups, team handoffs, tracked-link activity, and payment context together in a Mac app. Orren is operated by Orren LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company organized on October 5, 2026. Orren can draft replies for people to review, edit, and send. It is not an autonomous AI setter. Separately, configured automations send messages when their triggers are met. Connecting Instagram requires a professional account. The Mac app requires Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later. An iPhone companion is available to invited TestFlight testers; automation flows are built on Mac. Every plan includes all product features. A conversation counts a person once in a month when you send or receive a message; additional messages with that person do not add to the count. Allowances renew monthly, including with annual billing. Stored conversation history does not use the monthly allowance. Starter includes the owner and four teammates. Growth and Scale include unlimited team members. Each seat supports one Mac and one iPhone. ### Founder access and timing Growth and Scale include a private setup session with Josh, a check-in during your first month, priority email support, monthly live group Q&A with Josh, and a direct channel for product feedback. Scale also includes team onboarding and training, plus one private workflow review each quarter. Founder support and sessions are provided per account for your team. Unlimited team members does not include separate private setup sessions or individual coaching for every member. Priority means your support requests are handled ahead of standard requests; it is not instant or 24/7 support. Josh personally handles priority support at launch. As the support team grows, priority support continues with that team. One 25-minute private setup session is included during your Growth or Scale trial, shared across your account. Your first-month check-in, priority support, group Q&A, and product feedback access begin after your first payment. Scale team training and quarterly reviews also begin after your first payment. Ongoing benefits require an active eligible paid plan. Feedback helps shape the product. It does not include a commitment to build every requested feature or provide custom development. Earn subscription credit equal to 25% of eligible Growth or Scale subscription revenue actually collected from referred new businesses, after discounts, refunds and credits, excluding tax.
