Who can earn referral credit?
Workspace owners on an active Growth or Scale subscription, including a trial, can share a referral link. Starter does not include referral rewards. The referred business must make an eligible Growth or Scale payment for credit to be earned. Free trials, unpaid invoices and payments entirely covered by credits earn nothing.
How does someone apply my code?
Open Settings → Referrals in Orren for Mac. Copy your personal link or code. Your link carries the code into checkout automatically. A new customer can also choose “Have a referral code?” and enter it before starting their trial.
Checkout confirms when a referral is applied. It does not change their price. One referrer is attached to the new account, and that attribution stays with its subscription for future eligible payments. Codes cannot be added retroactively or changed after signup.
Will four referrals cover my subscription?
Four full-price monthly Growth payments of $497 generate $497 in total credit. That can cover a future $497 Growth subscription charge, before any applicable tax. A $997 Scale subscription needs more eligible referral revenue to be fully covered.
This is an illustration, not a guarantee. Discounts, yearly billing, refunds and missed payments affect the credit earned. Your bill is covered only when you have enough available credit.
What happens with annual plans?
Credit from an annual referral payment becomes available in twelve monthly portions, starting when that paid period begins. For example, a $4,970 annual Growth payment earns $1,242.50 in total credit across the year, subject to rounding and refunds.
If you pay Orren yearly, available credits apply to your next eligible annual subscription bill. We do not refund past charges when new credit arrives.
When is credit applied, and what if someone cancels?
Available credit is applied automatically when an eligible subscription renewal invoice is prepared. It is capped at the subscription charge on that invoice. Unused credit carries forward for future eligible Growth or Scale bills and has no cash or transfer value.
Canceling stops new earnings from future payments; a refund or payment dispute can also reduce earned credit. If the affected credit has already been used, the adjustment comes out of future earnings. You must have an eligible subscription to receive new rewards and apply credits.
What makes a referral eligible?
Refer a separate, new customer using your code before signup. You cannot refer yourself, create duplicate accounts to earn credits, or use the program for fraudulent payments. Share honestly, and tell people you may receive subscription credit from your recommendation.
Rewards are 25% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected, after discounts, refunds and credits, excluding tax. There are no cash commissions.
