Automations are separate: they send the messages you configure when their triggers are met. You decide where automation belongs and where a person takes over.
Add your offers, business knowledge, and sales playbooks. Orren combines that material with conversation history to make its suggestions more relevant to your business and the person you’re talking to.
As more conversations and outcomes become part of that history, there’s more context to draw from. You still review the suggestions; a past close is useful context, not a promise of the next one.
A Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15 or later and an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). The current download is built for Apple silicon. Orren for iPhone runs on iOS 26 or later and is available through the public TestFlight beta. The automation builder is on Mac.
Choose a plan, complete checkout, then download Orren. Sign in to the app with the email you used at checkout and connect your Instagram account. You can add business knowledge and invite teammates from there.
You authorize the connection through Instagram’s sign-in and permission flow. Orren uses Meta’s official APIs for the professional account you connect; you don’t give Orren your Instagram password.
Messages and automations remain subject to Meta’s permissions and messaging rules. Connecting Orren doesn’t remove those limits.
Choose your plan and add a card or a supported wallet at checkout. Your trial starts after your payment method is confirmed. You pay $0 today and get seven days to try Orren with your selected plan’s capacity.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts at the amount and billing interval shown at checkout. Yearly plans are charged for the full year upfront, not in monthly installments.
Every plan includes the sales workspace and unlimited automations. Growth and Scale include Onboarding Studio, plus hands-on founder guidance and priority support. Starter includes 1,500 active conversations per month and 5 team members, including the owner. Growth includes 5,000 conversations; Scale includes 15,000. Both include unlimited team members. Every plan covers one business workspace. Each seat is for one person on one Mac and one iPhone. You can move a device with email verification; access on the previous device is revoked.
An active conversation is a unique lead you send or receive a message from that month. Multiple messages with that lead count once; stored history doesn’t count. Conversation allowances refresh monthly, including on yearly plans.
Yes. Contact billing from the email you use for Orren to request a cancellation or discuss a plan change. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After a paid term begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through that paid term.
If Orren isn’t the right fit, our policy offers a full refund when you write to us within 14 days of your first purchase. Read the refund policy for renewal and other refund terms.
When your plan ends, workspace access and hosted features pause. Your records are preserved so you can return. For export or deletion requests, email privacy@tryorren.com, even without an active plan.
Orren also uses cloud services for synced records and AI features; it isn’t a local-only app. You can request deletion of your account and synced records. The privacy policy explains what stays on your Mac, what is sent to our servers, and how to remove it.
Growth and Scale include a private setup session with Josh, a check-in during your first month, priority email support, monthly live group Q&A with Josh, and a direct channel for product feedback. Scale also includes hands-on team training with Josh, plus one private workflow review each quarter.
Founder support and sessions are provided per account for your team. Unlimited team members does not include separate private setup sessions or individual coaching for every member.
Priority means your support requests are handled ahead of standard requests; it is not instant or 24/7 support. Josh personally handles priority support at launch. As the support team grows, priority support continues with that team. One 25-minute private setup session is included during your Growth or Scale trial, shared across your account. Your first-month check-in, priority support, group Q&A, and product feedback access begin after your first payment. Scale team training and quarterly reviews also begin after your first payment. Ongoing benefits require an active eligible paid plan.
