Small on your screen. Present for the whole conversation.

Thanks for joining, Alex. What is the biggest challenge with your Instagram sales process right now?
We get plenty of messages, but my two setters lose track of who needs a follow-up. I am checking everything manually at night.
Yes. I will send you the setup guide and we can start with your team this week.
Send me the guide today. I will review it with them, and let us catch up on Tuesday.

Hey Alex, did you and your setters get a chance to look through the setup guide? Happy to walk through how you’d share follow-ups before moving anything over.
Orren helps prepare the words. You review, choose the timing, and send.
Know what happened between “call booked” and the next message. Review how a concern was handled, what your teammate promised, and whether the next step was clear.
Keep the conversation, assigned team, and recorded outcomes together. Give specific feedback and make the next handoff easier.

Something more specific?

No. Orren captures your microphone and Mac audio and transcribes them through its cloud AI. It does not depend on Google Meet’s native transcription plan or add a meeting bot. Your Mac needs microphone and system-audio permissions. Other playing apps can also be captured, so close unrelated audio before recording.
It is audio capture with a transcript after the call. Orren does not record your screen or video. Press Stop when you finish; the pill closes and transcription continues in the background. Keep Orren running and your Mac awake during capture. Recording stops at two hours.
You start from a specific lead or a calendar call already linked to one. Orren binds the recording to that lead and call before capture starts. It does not guess the person from a name spoken during the meeting.
The conversation becomes part of the lead’s context. Orren can use what was discussed, including explicit next steps and dates, when preparing replies and follow-ups. You review the wording and decide what to send. A spoken promise does not automatically create a reminder or confirm a payment.
Yes. Readable adds punctuation and formatting while preserving the words. Original keeps the machine transcription available to compare. Timestamps and microphone/meeting-audio labels help you navigate; those channel labels are not verified speaker identities. Transcription can make mistakes. Raw local audio is deleted after successful transcription.
The Calls panel brings together call status, available attendance evidence, and matched payments. Attendance needs provider evidence or a person’s confirmation; recording a call alone does not confirm it. A call with no matched payment can need follow-up, but you should check unmatched payments before treating it as unpaid.
