Your next content idea
is already in your DMs.

Meet Market Intelligence. Orren finds the questions, objections and goals that keep coming up in your Instagram conversations. So you know what to explain next.

Orren Market Intelligence showing a repeated time-commitment objection, supporting messages from three people, and a suggested week-in-the-life content brief.
Actual Orren interface. Fictional conversations shown for demonstration.

You hear it in one DM.
Orren helps you see the pattern.

A setter remembers one conversation. You remember another. Market Intelligence brings the repeated themes together, so the next decision starts with more than memory.

The questions people repeat.

See where your offer needs explaining. Give people the answer in a video, a resource, or your sales page.

The reasons they hesitate.

Find concerns about time, fit, or commitment. Address them in your content before the same objection reaches the next call.

The progress they actually want.

Hear how prospects describe their problems and goals. Make your message sound closer to their reality.

A useful place to start creating.

Get a suggested title and content angle tied to a pattern. Copy the brief and make it your own.

A finding you
can follow back.

Every pattern comes with the messages behind it. Read their words, see how many people share the concern, and open the conversation when you need the full picture.

One person counts once per pattern.
A repeated message doesn’t become another lead.

One conversation
“How many hours would I need each week?”
Another conversation
“I’m worried I won’t be able to keep up.”
The recurring concernWill this fit around my work?

Now you have something specific to answer.

Illustrative excerpts from the product example above.

From “they keep asking”
to “here’s what I’ll make.”

See how a coaching business could turn three different kinds of conversation into content worth creating.

Objections

“I don’t have the time.”

A hesitation that repeats across different people deserves more than another one-off reply.

What you could create

Questions

“What happens after I join?”

When the same question keeps coming back, part of your offer may need a clearer explanation.

What you could create

Problems & goals

“I need something I can stick to.”

Your audience’s own words can be more useful than the language you would have chosen for them.

What you could create

Speak to the real problem.

Create content about staying consistent when motivation fades. Use what people actually struggle with to guide your message.

About Market Intelligence
What does Market Intelligence look at?

It looks for recurring themes in eligible incoming Instagram text available in your workspace, within the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Questions, objections, and problems and goals come with supporting message excerpts and suggested content angles.

How is this different from Lead Intelligence?

Lead Intelligence helps you understand one person before your next reply. Market Intelligence looks across conversations to show what different people keep asking, worrying about, or trying to achieve.

Can I check the original messages?

Yes. Open a pattern to see the incoming messages behind it, then open the original conversation for context. Each person counts once within a pattern, even if they repeat the same concern.

How much conversation history do I need?

You need incoming text from at least three eligible conversations in the selected period to run a report. A recurring theme needs support from at least two different people. If there is not enough evidence, Orren leaves the category empty.

Does it read every message in my inbox?

The report uses a bounded sample of available incoming text and shows how many conversations were included. It excludes spam, junk, hidden/private leads and test data. Access follows your workspace role; teammates only see conversations they are permitted to access. These patterns describe the sample, not the entire market.

Does Orren create or publish the content for me?

It suggests a content title and angle, with a brief you can copy. You decide what to create, check the context, and publish it yourself. AI can misread a conversation, so review the source messages before acting on a finding.

Where do I find it, and which plan includes it?

On Mac, open Analytics and choose Market Intelligence. Select a period and choose Find patterns, or Check for updates for a fresh report when your conversations change. Market Intelligence is included in every Orren plan.
