Capacity comes from real availability. Selected hosts, working hours, connected calendars, existing appointments, buffers, and notice periods all matter. One closer is never treated as two available slots.

The client can use their private booking link to choose another available time. Their original closer keeps the lead and receives the updated event. Canceling a call updates the booking and frees the reserved time.

When an authorized teammate hands the lead to another closer, the upcoming booking follows. Orren coordinates the new invitation and removes the previous closer’s invitation, keeping the conversation and the call together.
Know when something needs attention.
A disconnected calendar or an outside edit shouldn’t quietly change the plan. Orren flags connection problems and supported calendar changes for review. Manage bookings through Orren so the lead, time, and assignment stay in agreement.

What is Orren Calendar?
Orren Calendar connects your business’s booking pages, lead assignments, and team calendars. Create branded booking links in the web dashboard, publish them to your workspace, and send them from Orren’s Mac composer. The business sees the schedule together; each assigned closer gets the call on their connected Google Calendar.
Do I still need Calendly?
You do not need Calendly for the Orren booking flow. Orren hosts the booking page and manages the booking record. The owner and the selected hosts connect their own Google Calendars so Orren can check availability and deliver the calendar events. Calls use Google Meet.
Can two leads book the same time?
Yes, when different eligible closers are available. Two selected closers free at 11:00 can take two separate calls at 11:00. Capacity also respects working hours, existing appointments, buffers, and minimum notice. A lead with an existing closer stays with that closer and books from that person’s availability.
Does the owner’s calendar get blocked by everyone else’s calls?
No. The owner can see the business’s bookings, but an observation copy does not block their time. The assigned closer’s event reserves the time on that closer’s calendar. Owners who also take calls can be included as a host; calls assigned to them use their own availability.
What can I customize on the booking page?
Your business name, subtitle, profile photo or uploaded image, event name, description, duration, selected hosts, buffers, and minimum notice. The workspace business name fills in automatically and can be edited. Add up to five optional questions, with written answers or multiple-choice options, or let visitors go straight to the calendar. Pages are hosted on tryorren.com with a Powered by Orren footer.
How does a web booking link get into the Mac app?
Publishing adds the link to your workspace’s shared links. It then syncs to Orren on Mac and is available in the composer. Send it from the lead’s conversation so the personal tracked link connects the booking to that lead and the teammate who sent it. Drafts remain private until published.
What if the client needs to reschedule or cancel?
The client uses the private management link provided with their booking. Rescheduling keeps the same assigned closer and checks that closer’s availability. Orren updates the booking and connected calendar events. Cancellation releases the reserved time after the calendar update is completed.
What happens when a call is handed to another closer?
An authorized lead handoff carries the upcoming booking to the new closer. Orren coordinates the replacement’s calendar invitation and the removal of the previous closer’s invitation, keeping the booking attached to the lead. Calendar delivery can take a moment; pending changes remain visible instead of being treated as complete.
Can teammates see their calls in Apple Calendar?
Yes, if Apple Calendar is already syncing the Google account they connected to Orren. Orren delivers the event to Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar can display it through that account. Each teammate connects their own Google account; the owner’s connection is not shared with the team.
Where should we make changes to a booked call?
Use Orren or the client’s private management link for rescheduling and cancellation. Orren remains the booking record of truth. Periodic checks flag supported changes or deletions made directly in Google Calendar so the owner, managers, and assigned closer can review and recover the booking. Calendar disconnections also need attention; they do not silently reassign the lead.
