This list identifies the providers involved in handling information for Orren LLC and the purposes they serve. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Providers and connected platforms can have different legal roles depending on the service.
Providers used to deliver Orren
- Google Cloud (Google LLC). Hosting, storage, service operations and AI processing, primarily in the United States. Processes account and workspace records, connection credentials, uploaded media, requests and operational information. Google Cloud Vertex AI processes relevant content through Google Gemini models and embedding services; Google Cloud’s ranking service orders relevant results. These are hosted cloud APIs under Google Cloud service terms, not consumer AI chat plans. Orren does not authorise model training on customer content. Temporary caching and security or abuse monitoring can apply; no-training protection is distinct from zero data retention.
- Cloudflare, Inc. Website delivery, traffic routing and protection. Processes website requests and network information, and information submitted through those requests, using its distributed infrastructure.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). Email delivery, including sign-in codes, booking confirmations and reminders, billing notices, support-related messages and opted-in communications. Processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information. United States.
- PostHog, Inc. Selected website and product analytics and diagnostic events, using its US Cloud service. Receives analytics identifiers, coarse device information and approved activity or outcome properties. Conversation content, prompts, booking answers and full card details are not included in our analytics events. Product and website session recordings are disabled.
- Stripe, Inc. Subscription checkout, billing, refunds and payment-failure handling. Processes customer and transaction information and payment credentials. Stripe also acts under its own terms for payment processing and regulatory responsibilities. Orren does not store full card numbers.
App distribution, sign-in and notifications
Apple Inc. provides app distribution, notarisation and optional Apple sign-in and push delivery. Notification delivery uses device push tokens and the payload needed for the notification. Google LLC provides optional Google sign-in. These services share the account or delivery information needed for their functions and also operate under their own terms.
Platforms you choose to connect
These platforms are generally services you authorise, rather than providers acting solely on Orren’s instructions. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply.
- Meta / Instagram: authorised professional-account information, messages, comments, reactions, read events and insights; messages and comment replies sent by you or your configured automations.
- Google / YouTube, Calendar and Meet: authorised channel and video information, description changes you approve, calendar events, invitees, and available conference and attendance information.
- Calendly: authorised booking, cancellation and invitee information.
- Stripe and FanBasis as your payment providers: authorised payment and customer information used to match revenue, refunds and calculated team earnings to workspace activity.
- External AI assistant connections: temporarily unavailable. The hosted connector is disabled and current Mac releases disable the optional local connector. Update older Mac releases and remove any previously configured connection in your other assistant.
Locations and changes
Orren’s primary cloud processing is in the United States. Providers may use other locations for delivery, support or their own legal responsibilities. An agreed data processing addendum governs any additional transfer safeguards or subprocessor notification commitments for your organisation. We update this list when providers or their purposes change.
