This agreement is between you and Orren LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we") and governs your use of the Orren application and the Orren service. By installing or using Orren you agree to it. If you are using Orren for a company, you agree on that company's behalf and confirm you are able to.
1. What Orren is
Orren is an Instagram sales workspace for businesses and teams, with Mac and iPhone applications and a hosted service. It brings together conversations, leads, automations, team coordination, tracked resources, bookings and payment context. Workspace records are processed and stored on Orren’s servers and cached on your devices so the service can keep your work in sync and answer questions about it. AI features run on Orren's infrastructure using Orren's own provider accounts. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and any data processing addendum separately agreed between us.
2. Your account
Your account uses the sign-in methods offered by Orren, including email, Apple or Google. You are responsible for securing those sign-in methods and for activity through your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Joining the waitlist. Registering interest in Orren does not start a trial or a paid subscription. We will contact you about early access and launch updates. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or a particular launch date. You can ask to leave at any time by writing to privacy@tryorren.com.
3. Your licence
- Trial. Your seven-day trial requires a verified payment card. Verification does not guarantee a later payment will succeed; your bank may show a temporary verification authorisation. There is no subscription charge during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your selected subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the amount and billing interval shown at checkout. Annual plans are charged for the full year. Cancel online at Manage your subscription before your trial ends.
- Monthly and annual licences run for the paid term and renew automatically at the end of it unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Your plan includes the allowances and benefits shown at checkout. Core product features are included across plans; conversation capacity, team capacity, support and programme benefits vary. A monthly active conversation counts a person once in a month when a message is sent or received; additional messages with that person do not add to that count. Each seat is for one person, with one Mac and one iPhone connected at a time, using their own account. Do not share accounts to bypass seat or device limits.
- If the first payment after your trial fails, access locks when the trial ends, with no additional grace period. Update your payment method and complete payment to restore access.
- If a later renewal fails after you have become a paying customer, a seven-day grace period applies while payment is retried. After that, the workspace and hosted features, including ongoing automations and team management, are locked until valid access is restored. Retry timing and availability depend on the payment processor and payment failure.
- Founder launch benefits. Where included in the offer you select, Growth and Scale private setup can be booked during the trial. Other paid-plan support and founder benefits begin with the paid subscription and remain subject to the included scope. Sessions are for the account and team, not separate unlimited sessions for each seat. Future offer changes do not remove a setup session already included with your purchase.
- Partner programme. Paid owners and active team members on Starter, Growth and Scale may enroll under the published partner rules. Team members must have accepted their invitation and used the paid workspace within the preceding 30 days. Once enrolled, the partnership, personal link and earnings remain associated with the individual account if the person leaves the team or the workspace subscription ends; this does not grant continued software or workspace access. Eligible collected subscription payments earn 25% rewards, subject to a 30-day hold, refunds and disputes. Annual-plan rewards are released monthly. Cash payouts require a verified payout account and a $50 available minimum, with transfers on the 15th. Subscription credit requires the partner’s own active paid subscription; applied credits have no cash or transfer value. Self-referrals, referrals of the workspace that qualified the partner, duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity do not qualify. Disclose your commission relationship when sharing. We may suspend participation for misuse.
4. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law permits it regardless of this clause.
- Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the software available to a third party.
- Share or circumvent a licence, or use one you did not lawfully obtain.
- Bypass or interfere with licensing, security, rate limits or access controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities other than as our Security Policy permits.
- Use the software to build a competing product, or to copy its features, prompts or design.
- Use Orren in a way that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, the rules of a platform you connect, or the law.
5. Your content, and the people in it
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store, transmit and process your records so Orren can answer your questions and run the automations you build. That permission ends when you delete the content or ask us to delete your data.
Your records will include information about other people: your leads, your clients, the people who message you. You are responsible for having the right to hold and use that information, for the promises you have made to those people, and for complying with the privacy, marketing and recording laws that apply to you. If you need a data processing addendum, contact privacy@tryorren.com before processing data that requires one.
6. Connected platforms and automations
When you connect Instagram, YouTube, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Calendly, Stripe or FanBasis, you authorise Orren to act on your account within the access you granted, and you agree to that platform's terms as well as ours. Automations send messages from your account on the triggers you configure. Everything an automation sends is sent by you. You are responsible for its content, its timing and its recipients, and for stopping it. Orren enforces the messaging windows the platforms impose and may refuse to send where a platform's rules or the Acceptable Use Policy would be broken.
7. AI output
Orren's answers, summaries, judgements and drafts are produced by machine-learning models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are information, not advice, and you are responsible for checking anything you act on. Nothing Orren generates is sent to another person unless you built an automation that sends it or you sent it yourself.
8. If your licence lapses
A valid licence is required to open the workspace and use hosted features. If your licence expires or is revoked, those features are locked. Expiration alone does not delete your local data or synchronised records. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal information at privacy@tryorren.com, including when you no longer have an active plan.
9. Recording
Orren supports voice messages, media you provide, and call recording on Mac. When you start recording, Orren records microphone and system audio and processes it through cloud AI to create a transcript linked to the selected lead and call. It does not record screen images or video. You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any permissions required before recording, uploading or sharing media. Transcription may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it. Connected calendars and, when authorised, Google Meet records can supply booking and attendance information. A recording or transcript alone does not confirm attendance or payment.
10. Updates and beta features
Orren updates itself through an in-app update mechanism; updates may add, change or remove features. Features marked beta, early access or experimental are provided for evaluation, may change or disappear without notice, and are covered by the Beta Terms while they carry that label.
11. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features that depend on third parties (model providers, Instagram, Google, Calendly, Stripe) depend on those third parties continuing to offer them on workable terms. We may suspend the service for maintenance, for security, or where we reasonably believe an account is being used in breach of this agreement.
12. Fees and taxes
Prices are stated at purchase and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a term you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
13. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Orren is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that it will be error-free or that any output will be accurate.
14. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for anything sent by an automation you configured. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, from messages sent through your account or by your automations, from recordings you make, or from your breach of this agreement or of a connected platform's terms.
16. Ending it
You may stop using Orren at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may end this agreement if you breach it, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service, in which case we refund any prepaid term you will not receive. Termination does not itself delete local files. You may request an export as described in section 8; sections 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive.
17. Changes to this agreement
When this agreement changes, the date at the top changes, and we will provide notice of material changes through the service or email. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will ask for it. If you do not accept, you may stop using Orren and, if you are within a paid term, ask for a pro-rated refund of the remainder.
18. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek an injunction anywhere to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you rights this clause would take away, those rights are not affected.
